Trane Air Conditioners

A leader in technological advances in AC

In 1885, James Trane began a small plumbing store in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Since then, the company bearing his name has become one of the most successful air conditioning and heating companies in the world. Trane is known for its quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Although Trane's outlook on the way businesses should be run has not changed, the technology involved in the industry has changed.

Trane is a Fortune 500 company, making it one of the leading manufacturers in the air conditioning market and plumbing market. In addition to providing customers with efficient, highly advanced products, Trane is also known for reliable employees who ensure that every customer is satisfied with every product.

Trane continues to innovate today. In early 2006, Trane announced the introduction of software that allows users to track air quality and other factors for a number of locations. The multi-facility building control system, called Tracer, centralizes access (including remotely) to air quality data.

Trane offers a number of types of home improvement products, such as energy-efficient heating products, ventilation products and air conditioning products. All their products are tested before being sold to the public, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
