The Hunter HEPAtech 124 Air Purifier with Ionizer is a portable unit that changes the air in the room up to 6 times in an hour. The CADR for this unit is 165 for dust, pollen and smoke. There is a pre-filter that can be removed and washed. The ionizer has its own separate switch. This unit can probably be found for under $100 if you shop around online.
The Hunter QuietFlo730 HEPA Air Purifier employs the typical HEPA filter air cleaning rate of 99.97 percent. It's ideal for rooms under 140 square feet. The CADR for this air purification unit is 100, and its standard features include three speed settings and a separate ionizer.
